Termitar is a Texas WDI report builder designed for inspectors who need to complete the official SPCS T-5 Wood Destroying Insect inspection form. The app guides you through every required section, from property details and construction type to evidence of infestation and treatment recommendations, so no mandatory field is left blank.
Enter your company profile and license information once, and Termitar auto-fills it on every report. A built-in diagram editor lets you draw clear site diagrams directly in the browser, and every completed report exports as a print-ready, state-compliant PDF that matches the official Texas T-5 format. Termitar is developed by Termitar LLC, a U.S.-based software company serving inspectors statewide, from first-time trainees to seasoned professionals on a subscription plan.
Every section, checkbox, and signature line matches the official Texas SPCS WDI report.
Termitar blocks incomplete reports from downloading, so nothing gets kicked back by the TDA.
Built exclusively for Texas inspectors, with state-specific tax handling and compliance.
